Der  lösungsorientierte Ansatz entstand in einer geschichtlichen Umgebung und dank einer Entwicklungsarbeit  eines Teams. Diese Geschichte wird im folgenden Video zusammenfassend erzählt. Vorläufig auf Englisch, nla-Schweiz initiierte bereits eine Übersetzung ins Deutsche.
